Allen Creek Horse Camp
Allen Creek Horse Camp sits amongst large ponderosa pine trees and along the creek that feeds Allen Creek Reservoir. There is no direct access to the reservoir from the campground, however it can be accessed via BLM land just a few miles away. 16 stalls and water for stock are available at this campground.
From Prineville: Travel east on Highway 26 approximately 16 miles, turn right on Forest Road 22 and continue for 36 miles (18 miles past Walton Lake). Just past Walton Lake at the end of the pavement, stay to the right on the gravel road (Forest Road 22) and continue to follow the road to the campground sign.
